to protecting your personal information in line with South Africa’s Protection of
Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Who we are

African Eagle Projects is a residential building company based in the Helderberg,
Western Cape.

Information we collect

When you contact us or submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address,
phone number, and details about your building project (such as location, project
type, size, budget and timing). We collect this through our website contact form,
the enquiry forms on our Google and Facebook/Instagram adverts, WhatsApp, email
and phone.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare and discuss
quotes, and provide our building services if you choose to work with us.
We do not sell your information.

Consent

By submitting your details to us, you consent to us contacting you about your
enquiry and our services.

Sharing your information

We keep your information confidential. We only share it with people who need it
to help deliver your project (for example our architect, engineers or suppliers),
and only as far as necessary. We may also share information where the law
requires it.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and to prevent
unauthorised access.

Enquiry details submitted through Google or Meta advert forms are also held on
those platforms in line with their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and
any resulting project, and as required by law, after which we securely delete
or destroy it.

Your rights

Under POPIA you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about
you, to have it corrected or updated, to ask us to delete it, and to object to
