Our approach and solution

We developed a view-led plan orientating living spaces to the outlook, detailed the roof and truss package for clean lines and durability, and integrated high-performance glazing with proven waterproofing details. African Eagle Projects managed all trades, procurement and scheduling with full-time site supervision, coordinating municipal/NHBRC inspections at each milestone and issuing clear progress and cost reports.
