This is home. Our yard is on Boundary Road, up on the Mountainside, and most of the work you can see from it is ours. New homes, renovations, and the steep sites this town is full of.
Why local matters here
Gordon's Bay is a small town on a big hill, and that combination decides a lot about how a build runs. Access roads are narrow and steep. A concrete pump has to be booked knowing exactly where it can stand. A delivery that turns up at the wrong end of a cul-de-sac costs you half a day.
We are a few minutes from almost every site we run here, so our teams start on your site rather than in traffic, and when something needs a decision, someone can be standing on it inside the hour. On a mountain plot that is not a nicety. It is the difference between a problem solved on the day and a problem that waits for a site meeting next week.
We are a fully registered residential building contractor, NHBRC registered and a B-BBEE Level 1 contributor, with one owner, Davon Arendse, hands on across every job.

The plots above the town run steeply, and a good part of what comes out of them is rock rather than soil. That changes the excavation, the retaining and the foundations, and it changes how long the job takes before anything looks like a house.

Not only new homes
Not everything here is a new house on a mountainside, and we are not only interested in the big ones. Renovations, additions, a second storey on a home you are staying in, or a house taken to watertight with the finishes left to you. If it is in Gordon's Bay we will come and look at it, and there is no charge for that.

Gordon's Bay is home, but the yard being here does not stop at the town boundary. We build across the Helderberg, and Clarence Drive puts Betty's Bay and the Overberg coast closer to us than half the places people expect us to travel to.
